  • The minimum occupancy is 2 nights.
  • Our apartments can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
  • The surcharge of more than 2 person per night and person is only 25 €.
  • For this, your apartment will be provided with additional linen, toiletries and towels.
  • The reservation of your apartment will be made by credit card or prepayment.
  • You can pay in advance as well as during the apartment transfer.
  • This is possible in cash as well as by debit card or credit card.
  • The security deposit during your stay can also be deposited with your credit card.

    Cancelation

  • If canceled up to 6 days before check-in, you will receive a 100% refund. (Less service fees)
  • If canceled within 5 days of check in, the first night is non-refundable. For all other nights you get a refund of 50%.
  • The hotelier has the right to withdraw from the contract in the event that the guest does not arrive by 19:00 on the agreed arrival day, unless a later arrival time has been agreed. Any cancellation fees are to be treated separately.
  • If the guest has made a down payment, on the other hand, the apartment remains reserved until 12 o'clock the following day.
  • Even if the guest does not use the reserved apartment, he is obliged to pay the agreed fee to the hotelier. However, the hotelier must deduct what he spares himself as a result of non-use of his services or what he has received by otherwise letting the apartment ordered.
  • It is up to the hotelier to make an effort to rent the unused rooms in accordance with the circumstances (§ 1107 ABGB).
  • Arriving with a pet can mean that the guest can not be accommodated! Animals of any kind are not allowed.
